Sweet Rich Uji

A beloved blend from our Archives, Sweet Rich Uji combined the finest "Saemidori" and "Okumidori" leaves, stone-milled to perfection. Known for its smooth texture and naturally balanced sweetness, this elegant matcha offered a rich, harmonious flavour that quickly made it a favourite. Though no longer available, it remains a standout in our matcha journey.

Signature Nishio

Our Signature Nishio was sourced from Nishio in Aichi Prefecture, a region renowned for producing some of Japan’s finest matcha. Blessed with fertile soil and the gentle mists of the Yahagi River, Nishio’s tea fields yielded tencha of exceptional quality - prized across Japan. Harvested at its peak, stone-milled with precision, and packed at origin, our Signature Nishio offered a matcha of vivid green color, elegant aroma, and mellow depth. A distinguished expression of Nishio’s heritage, it stood as one of the most celebrated matchas in our collection.
